Teddy is a Tennessee native. He came to his owner, Kevin Waller, SUWS therapist, from an animal rescue organization in the fall of 2012 when he was almost 2 years old. He was a rambunctious toddler with a stubborn streak and a love of all things squeaky. He spent the next couple years working on his impulsivity and becoming a good listener. He is now a certified therapy dog through the American Kennel Club. Teddy is a hard working dog at SUWS. His daily duties include greeting everyone, chasing bees, cooling off in the pond, and providing unconditional love to the students.
In his off time Teddy lives with Kevin, his wife, and their daughter. He loves walks in the park, long naps, and defending his yard from pesky squirrels.
