Tuition & Financial Assistance

SUWS of the Carolinas has a flexible length of stay from 4 to 7 weeks.

If you have health insurance and would like a statement of your child's SUWS placement, we will be happy to provide you with it. However, SUWS is unable to directly bill insurance companies and therefore requires parents to assume this responsibility independent of tuition payment. Payment options include Visa or MasterCard, cashiers check or direct wire transfer.

When payment and application are submitted, a place is held for your child in that week's course. Should your child not attend as scheduled, tuition will be refunded. Please note that until we have received your complete application and any required documents, we cannot ensure your child a space for the week requested.

Many parents prefer to finance their child's stay through cost-effective loans. Financing your child's stay with cost-effective loans can allow you to make low monthly payments over a period of time. Loans are an attractive option for parents considering private treatment for their children.

Aspen Education Group is pleased to offer parents assistance with the loan process. Shauna Clark provides personal, hassle-free assistance throughout the loan process. She is often able to secure funding for all your expenses such as escort services, ancillaries, and enrollment fees.

Reasonable interest rates (amortization over 10-20 years) will allow families to finance their child's stay with affordable monthly payments. In some instances payments can be deffered for up to 6 months. Loans have no prepayment penalty or cancellation fees. Shauna has personal experience with struggling teens and understands the additional burden the financial piece can bring.
